"I believe we humans suffer because basically, we don't get what we want and we get what we don't want. Most of us want to get a quick cure, an instant relief to our emotional pain, but quick cures sedate the pain which is the source of Wisdom, Compassion, Understanding and ultimately, Real Love.
My approach to therapy is enhanced by the Ancient Wisdom found in the sacred books such as the Baghavad Gita, the Upanishads, the Dhammapada, the Tao and the Bible. This approach is for clients who want to answer the timeless questions of:
"Who am I? Where did I come from? Where am I going?" from their own depths and to their full understanding.
It is in this journey, through self-inquiry, that they become happier, wiser, and more compassionate.
